1 lb. extra lean ground beef
15 oz can pizza sauce
10 oz refrigerated pizza dough
8 oz low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425. Brown meat. Then add pizza sauce to skillet, and heat through. Grease a 9x13 pan, and then lay pizza dough on the bottom on the baking dish. Make sure to press the edges of the dough up onto the sides (about halfway). Sprinkle half of the cheese on to the pizza dough. Then add the ground beef/sauce mixture on top. Bake for 12 minutes. Then add the rest of the cheese, and bake for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted. **Yields 6 servings, 6 points per serving **
It is very tasty!! And, you can add vegetables into the meat/sauce mixture, like mushrooms, onions, whatever you like on your pizza!
