Church was great today! Our pastor was back from his annual sabbatical & I have missed his teachings. Today began the beginning of a 2 year study of the Gospel of John. To see today's message, click here.

It's going to be intense.

It's going to be good.

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." John 1:1

This is a time for new beginnings. Pastor Gregg challenged us not to be the same person as we were this morning. He challenged us to start some new things in this new beginning.

Here are some things I want to start doing in my new beginning:

- eat dinner at the table with my husband when we are both home
- pray more - for my family, for my church, for my own heart

What can you do in this new beginning? It's a new day.

"The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. 'The Lord is my portion,' says my soul, 'therefore I will hope in Him." Lamentations 3:22-24 (ESV)
