Well. Tomorrow starts my new job. I have no idea what I'm going to be doing. And I'm kind of scared. It's a big change, a new beginning... and while I am excited and ready to be working in a different environment from foster care, I can't help but be a little sad knowing that when I walk through the doors no one will know my name, or anything about me. I miss my Bair people so much. I wish I could pick them all up and carry them with me in my pocket... especially Amber & Desiree.
Not only is this a big week because I'm starting a new job... this weekend is going to be wedding whirlwind 2008. Rachel flies in Thursday afternoon, as soon as I get off work, we are getting manicures and pedicures. Friday, I'll go to work. Friday night is the Bachelorette party... which I am feeling A LOT of anxiety about. It makes me want to puke. Then Saturday, I will prepare to take my bridal portraits at a very pretty park, which I am excited about! Then Sunday, Rachel flies out and goes back to Dallas. WHEW. Crazy!!!!
And then starts Monday all over again. I'm just ready to be Mrs. David Griffith.
Oh, and David and I made our first big purchase!! We bought a bed frame, dresser and mirror. Once I can get the website to cooperate, I'll post a link.

GOOD LUCK AT YOUR NEW JOB!!! I know how weird it is to walk into somewhere that you've never been and know no one, but that will come in time and it will be even BETTER than Bair! And... why does your Bachelorette party make you want to PUKE?!?!? It will just be a bunch of your friends doting on you and having FUN together... you are a strange one sometimes my friend! heehee. And, remember I know what is being done at the party... and I'm telling you-- it will be fun. This is YOUR party- YOUR night out- YOUR last hurrah! Breathe friend!
